Do a little research on your own. When buying a home it is good to keep in mind that you are buying into a neighborhood. Factors to investigate: Where is the nearest good quality school; is there public transport available; how safe is the area; is there noise pollution at certain hours; how accessible are the amenities from this home? Speak to the neighbors and get information about the safety of the neighborhood.
